Purpose and technical characteristics:
1. KZEP, P2X, P4X, P3X
These hermetically sealed insulation-piercing branch circuits
terminals are suitable for all types of low-voltage insulated air
lines, as well as inlets and street lighting
cables.
When tightening the screws, the teeth of the contact blades cut through
the insulation and ensures excellent contact with the core
This avoids stripping of the wire insulation.
The screws are tightened until their heads are broken off.
2. KZ2-150-2B
Suitable for aluminum and copper wires;
13 mm long-necked screw with a breakaway head
ensures reliable installation;
The screws are insulated against live contact
blades, so that the terminal can be safely installed without disconnecting
The clamp can be removed without removing the voltage;
Hermeticity tested in a water bath at 6 kV
for 30 minutes;
Exceeds the requirements of NFC 33020 and EATS 43-14 standards.
3. KZ31
No drop-out components, rear cap
attached to the housing;
Insulating material made of weatherproofing
and UV-resistant, glass fiber reinforced
polymer;
The contact blades shall be made of aluminum or copper and
the screws shall be made of specially machined steel.
